Build the Satellite1 Together
I ordered my 2nd Gen FPH Sat1 Smart Speaker Enclosure Kit back on April 8th, and it arrived April 25th. This new design enclosure includes the bass port tube that exits out the back. The port tube is exquisitely designed and printed, a true work of art! The enclosure also has an embedded pocket for the new ESP32 external WiFi antenna, and another pocket for the optional LD2450 sensor. The only thing I noticed about the new enclosure is it lacks the bottom surface channel to make adding a rubber anti-slip strip easier. Love these improvements! All that's missing now is a way to allow the USB cable to exit from the bottom instead of from the top of the enclosure. As usual, the kit assembles flawlessly, and everything just fits toghether. Great sound, too !!
I have a version 1 can’t wait to get the 1.1 and put it together and see and hear the improvements and put the presence sensor to work. Keep the improvements coming!!!
Excellent speaker kit and easy to put together.
Better than the original single speaker version and sounds about as good as my Sonos One SL
I love the hardware but the 3d printed speaker grille was broken out on arrival
