Build the Satellite1 Together
The kit is finely 3D printed and all the parts fit together cleanly. I look forward to hearing the sound quality once I receive the satellite 1 Hat which is on order. For the price point it is a good investment because you get the speakers, crossover, and enclosure along with all the required hardware at a reasonable price.
Awesome, just plugged it in and the app guides you through everything. easy as 1..2..3.. 💪
Well made enclosure with very detailed assembly instructions
Product functionality seems to be working well. The box arrived smashed and that smashed the inside box as well. All bubble wrap was flattened. Luckily nothing seems to be broken. Pretty simple to set up in home assistant. Excited have a local system isolated from a public service.
I got the speaker last week, and connected it home assistant and I even built a custom interface to my Roon music server (with a little help from Claude Code). I have an RTX 3080 GPU providing local AI API support on Ollama. The speaker has current weather, news, security camera status, and plays my music library. General build, Mic sensitivity and speaker sound are all top notch. Highly recommended!
