Great product and even better customer support
Exactly the right equipment for our caravan: an OpenWrt Raspberry Pi, a Home Assistant Raspberry Pi, and two of these smart speakers. Great developers. Unfortunately, I had to order the two units separately for delivery to the EU, so I ended up with two different casings. the first one lacks the bass tube. It doesn't matter, though, since they look identical from the front.

Yesterday I only received an Encloser Kit without the Dev Kit. The new Encloser Kit also has a bass tube and a hole in the enclosure, which the first shipment two months ago didn't have. Now, what am I supposed to do with just the enclosure and speakers without the Dev 1.1 Kit? Furthermore, I can't find anywhere to order just the enclosure with speakers. What went wrong? Note: Only one unit is shipped to Europe, hence this second order.
